KAVA MEMBERS We are now taking applications for art exhibitions for the coming year up to and including February 2026. You must be a member for one year in order to apply. If you have questions please contact us at info@kava.ie We look forward to welcoming you into our exhibition space.

For group applications, provide a 50-100 word summary of your group’s vision and a 25-50word intro for each member. Email us separately for more detailed descriptions if necessary.

The titles of all files should be as follows:

Artist Last Name _Title of work.

format JPG preferred size 5mb or smaller

Solo Artists upload 3 or 4 images (one per blue button.)

Artists who are part of a group upload at least 2 images per artist.

If possible, please combine up to three artworks into a single JPG file before uploading (up to size10mb) This helps streamline the application process. If you’re unable to do this, you may upload files seperately.

Conditions of exhibiting in KAVA:

I will likely need a full day to hang the exhibition.
I will need to organise the invigilation of my exhibition and I should not leave this until the last minute, nor should I expect KAVA to organise this.
I need to pay a non-refundable* deposit of €100 to secure my allocated exhibition slot. The rent is €15 per day and the balance is due on the opening day of the show.
*under some circumatances this may be refunded if there is 3 months or more notice.
